At Bizuu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
